Salary to $90K plus bonus and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Solid production leadership experience in food & beverage manufacturing is required.
- Must have ability to grow to Plant Manager.
- Looking for a strong leader who will build rapport with the team.
- Must have a stable work history.
- Four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
POSITION:
Manages production and maintenance in a safe, quality oriented, cost-effective, efficient, and productive manner. This includes a Supervisor, 5 Leads and 60 employees in this nonunion food manufacturing facility. Facilitates the department through effective planning, organizing, staffing, training, employee motivation, coaching & counseling, and communication. Develops a team approach and encourages employees through involvement and empowerment.
