Salary to $100K plus bonus and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Successful Health & Safety experience in manufacturing is required.
- Must have the ability to build a Safety Plan from the ground up.
- Candidates must have drive and passion for EHS.
- Degree in Safety or closely-related field is preferred.
POSITION:
The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager plans and coordinates health and safety programs for the plant. This position manages the day to day safety, environmental, and security requirements for the site. The EHS Manager will manage and drive development and implementation of policy change and ensure location compliance with state/federal OSHA, insurance, corporate guidelines, and EPA requirements. Effective communication and building collaborative relationships will be key in having a successful EHS culture. This is a 24/5, nonunion, food manufacturing plant.
