BACKGROUND:
- Must have solid front line Supervisory experience in manufacturing, and food / beverage manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Looking for someone eager and hungry – not just wanting to maintain.
- Must have good leadership and team building skills.
POSITION:
Responsible for the training, development, and overall leadership of a production team of up to 30 nonunion employees. Ensures the safety of all team members, as well as quality and safety of food products produced. Minimizes scrap and maximizes efficiency of the production lines. Work Monday – Friday, no weekends.
