Salary to $100K plus bonus.
BACKGROUND:
- Must be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish.
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing plant. Food manufacturing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a degree in HR or MBA is a plus.
- PHR or SPHR is a plus.
POSITION:
The Human Resources Manager will lead the strategic direction of the Human Resources department. Spearheads the plant’s efforts to create and maintain a positive and productive culture, ensuring that the HR function is proactively anticipating and responding to the needs of team members, while supporting and advancing organizational goals as a strategic business partner. Assists the company’s leadership team with organizational and developmental issues with a keen focus on employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, organizational design and structure, succession planning and internal communications with an eye towards building enthusiasm and loyalty throughout the plant. This is a nonunion, food manufacturing plant with fewer than 200 team members.
