Bachelor’s degree is required.
Must have successful Plant Manager experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing.
Experience in a continuous improvement / lean manufacturing environment is desired.
Stable work history is required.
POSITION:
Full responsibility for a food manufacturing plant with 300 nonunion employees. Manages a handful of direct reports. Ensures continuous improvement is implemented. Member of company’s Leadership Team.
