BACKGROUND:

• Successful experience in production leadership in food & beverage manufacturing, and experience managing Supervisors is preferred.
• Candidate must be bright, have high-energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must fit into a culture where people are highly valued and effective communication is a must.
• Four-year degree is preferred.
• Must have a stable work history.

POSITION:
The Plant Manager reports to the Director of Manufacturing. Manages and continuously leads the manufacturing, maintenance, and receiving activities with an emphasis on strategic planning and continuous improvement. Ensures all people and food safety policies, procedures and programs are communicated and adhered to. Establishes and manages the budget and capital expenditures. Demonstrates maturity and sound judgment in daily decision-making and employee relations. Builds strong teams by providing leadership and developmental opportunities for all members of the manufacturing team.
