BACKGROUND:

• Successful experience in maintenance leadership in food / beverage manufacturing is required.
• Demonstrated experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a must.
• Experience with capital projects and/or process improvement projects is needed.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement / 5S experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a plus.
• Candidates should be commutable to the INLAND EMPIRE, or be willing to relocate themselves.

POSITION:
Manage engineering, maintenance, and environmental compliance for this growing facility. Improve Maintenance performance through improved use of the computerized maintenance management system, preventive maintenance programs, work order execution and personnel training. Direct and oversee capital and process improvement projects. Enhance environmental compliance through wastewater treatment management, storm water programs and required governmental reporting. Co-lead the implementation of a live MES shop floor control system that will provide a paperless floor and real-time production and quality data.
