BACKGROUND:
- Four-year degree is required.
- Must have successful experience in front line production supervision in manufacturing, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Must have ability to advance to Production Manager.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
- A plus if candidates have experience with root cause analysis, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools.
POSITION:
The Production Supervisor ensures the manufacture of world class products by supervising, planning, coordinating, organizing, and controlling production. Primary responsibilities are to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality, world class products – on schedule and at the desired cost – to meet the needs of the valued customers. Effectively manages 30-40 nonunion associates to ensure peak performance.
