BACKGROUND:

• Four-year degree is required.
• Successful production leadership experience. Experience managing Supervisors is preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be open to 3rd shift.
• Successful candidate will have passion, drive, and excellent leadership skills. They will challenge the status quo.

POSITION:
Manages the 3rd shift, including 4 Supervisors, 80-100 nonunion employees, and several production lines. Ensures objectives are met in the areas of safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Leads team to increase efficiencies, reduce scrap, and optimize labor. Develops skills of Supervisors and ensures employees are properly trained.
