BACKGROUND:

• Must have BS Engineering, preferably BSME or BSIE.
• Successful experience optimizing manufacturing processes, and Food & Beverage (or other GMP) manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in an automated environment is required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is needed.
• Continuous improvement / Lean knowledge is a plus.

POSITION:
Plans, designs, arranges, changes, and optimizes manufacturing processes. Analyzes manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Determines parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. Works closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
