Salary to $110K + Bonus and relocation assistance.
BACKGROUND:
- Four-year degree is required.
- Must have successful experience as a Production Manager, supervising Supervisors, in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills are a priority.
- Must be open to 2nd shift, which starts at 2pm.
POSITION:
Manages the 2nd shift, including 3 Supervisors and approximately 40 nonunion employees in an automated environment. Ensures objectives are met in the areas of safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Leads team to increase efficiencies, reduce scrap, and optimize labor. Develops skills of Supervisors and ensures employees are properly trained.
