Salary to $75K plus relocation assistance.
BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Solid HR Generalist experience is needed, with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in manufacturing is required.
- ABILITY TO GROW TO HR MANAGER within a few years.
- Stable work history is required.
POSITION:
Provides guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices. Responsible for departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employment. Supports multiple manufacturing plants totaling 400 employees. This is a nonunion environment.
