BACKGROUND:
- Successful Maintenance leadership in manufacturing is required, and Food & Beverage manufacturing is a plus.
- Candidates need to be able to grow to Maintenance Manager in the near future, as that person will be promoted.
- Four-year degree is required and an Engineering degree is a plus.
- High-energy and strong leadership, coaching, and training skills.
POSITION:
Leads a maintenance team in this nonunion food manufacturing plant. Responsible for equipment maintenance, with a predictive maintenance focus. Proposes and leads projects to upgrade equipment/facilities. Provides input on department budget, and assists in hiring maintenance staff.
