Salary to $95K plus bonus and relocation.

- Successful experience in production leadership in food & beverage manufacturing, and experience managing Supervisors is preferred.

POSITION:
The Plant Manager reports to the VP of Operations. Manages and continuously leads the manufacturing, maintenance, receiving, and sanitation activities with an emphasis on strategic planning and continuous improvement. Ensures all people and food safety policies, procedures and programs are communicated and adhered to. Establishes and manages the budget and capital expenditures. Demonstrates maturity and sound judgment in daily decision-making and employee relations. Builds strong teams by providing leadership and developmental opportunities for all members of the manufacturing team. Plant has 100 nonunion employees.
