BACKGROUND:
- 5 years experience leading a Warehouse/Distribution team in either a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Four-year degree is preferred. At least an Associates is required.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills are needed.
POSITION:
This is a day shift position that reports to the Distribution Center Manager. Responsible for 20 nonunion employees in a food manufacturing/distribution environment. Ensures all shipments are correct and on-time to meet customer needs. Product is shipped full truck load, LTL, and parcel carriers.
