Salary to $105K. Relocation assistance is provided.
BACKGROUND:
- Must have a four-year degree.
- Successful experience as a Production Manager – managing Supervisors – is required.
- Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device manufacturing is required.
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to build rapport with others is needed.
- Looking for a stable work history – not a job hopper.
POSITION:
Manages production operations for a nonunion Food & Beverage plant with several production lines. Ensures objectives are met in the areas of safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Responsible for 125 employees, including Supervisors. Develops skills of Supervisors and ensures employees are properly trained.
