Salary to $85K plus bonus and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Five years Quality leadership experience in a food processing.
- Solid knowledge of FDA, HACCP, and FSMA.
- Looking for a strong leader who will build rapport with the team.
- Must have a stable work history.
- Four-year degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related is preferred.
POSITION:
This position is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams, ensuring compliance with food laws and regulations, and meeting customer requirements. Develops, implements, maintains and audits comprehensive quality and food safety programs. Focusing on continuous improvement, challenges current food safety and quality programs and recommends and leads improvements. Acts as the SQF Practitioner. Builds and maintains strong working relationships throughout the organization.
