BACKGROUND:

• 3+ years experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a Food or Beverage manufacturing plant.
• Must be open to 2nd shift, which starts mid afternoon.
• Looking for a strong leader who will build rapport with the workforce.
• Must have a stable work history.

POSITION:
Leads a 2nd shift team in processing and packaging in this nonunion, food manufacturing plant. Ensures all people and food safety policies, procedures and programs are communicated and adhered to at all stages of the manufacturing process. Provides guidance and direction to the production team helping ensure production standards and efficiencies are met and/or exceeded. Reports to the Production Manager, who reports to the Plant Manager.
