Salary to $110K + Bonus and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Four-year degree is required.
- Successful production leadership experience is required, as is the ability to grow to the next level.
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Successful candidate will have passion, drive, and excellent leadership skills. They will challenge the status quo.
POSITION:
Manages the first shift, including 4 Supervisors, 80-100 nonunion employees, and several production lines. Ensures objectives are met in the areas of safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Leads team to increase efficiencies, reduce scrap, and optimize labor. Develops skills of Supervisors and ensures employees are properly trained.
