Salary to $75K + good bonus and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Must have Quality leadership experience in a Food / Beverage plant. While Manager experience is preferred, Supervisor experience will be considered.
- Solid understanding of HACCP and GMP is required.
- Must have knowledge of SQF, BRC, or GFSI.
- Effective interpersonal skills and initiative are key to success.
POSITION:
Leads Quality and Food Safety for the plant. Manages 2 direct reports and a total of 10 employees. Ensures quality programs are effectively implemented. Being the SQF Practitioner, this position manages all aspects of the SQF code and works to improve the SQF system. Ensures each team member is properly trained and meeting performance expectations. Strives to build strong relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers.
