Salary to $120K plus bonus and full relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality leadership in a Food & Beverage plant.
- Extensive knowledge of HACCP, Auditing, SSOP’s, GMP’s, FDA, OSHA, Quality Systems, and Plant Sanitation.
- Experience managing a good-sized team of Quality employees.
- Must have ability to grow to Director level in 5-10 years.
- Bachelor’s degree is required and a degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or another relevant technical field is preferred.
POSITION:
The Quality Manager provides leadership at the plant for the development, implementation, and administration of the Quality function to ensure product safety, integrity, and conformance with respect to customer, Corporate and regulatory requirements. This Manager is a member of the Plant Leadership Team and Company Quality Leadership Team, responsible for formulating and executing a strategic quality plan for the business, managing vendor quality programs that impact the facility, and handling customer complaints through root cause analysis. The Quality Manager leads the development, implementation and maintenance of food safety programs such as HACCP, GMPs, Pest Control, Recall, Food Allergen and Environmental Monitoring.
