Salary to $75K plus bonus and relocation assistance.
BACKGROUND:
- Must have successful production supervisory experience in manufacturing – food / beverage manufacturing is preferred.
- Company wants leaders who are eager and progressive – not just wanting to maintain.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate the team and drive change is an absolute must.
- Continuous Improvement experience – Lean, Kaizen, 5S – is desired.
- Four-year degree is preferred.
POSITION:
Responsible for the training, development, and overall leadership of a production team. Ensures the safety of all team members, as well as quality and safety of food products produced. Minimizes scrap and maximizes efficiency of the production lines. Actively engages in root cause analysis and continuous improvement exercises, providing solutions to issues and optimizing results. This is a 24/7, nonunion, food manufacturing plant.
