BACKGROUND:

• Engineering project leadership experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing is required.
• Must have led good-sized projects.
• Leadership style needs to fit well in a company that prioritizes people.
• Solid experience with AutoCAD is needed.

POSITION:
Supporting multiple facilities, this is a key role in the overall success of the company by planning, developing, and coordinating engineering activities that support facility expansion, modernization, and continuous improvement. Overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, timelines and making any necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. Provides engineering resources for attainment of the Corporate strategic plan, goals and objectives. Monitors and analyzes completed projects to ensure initiative is generating the anticipated return. Develops the engineering team and facility leaders in project management. Serves as a member of the Operations Leadership Team.
