Salary to $100K + bonus and relocation assistance.
BACKGROUND:
- Interpersonal skills are important – need to be able to build relationships and lead the team to improvements.
- Must have exposure to Continuous Improvement – TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
- Company is open to any type of manufacturing.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Degree is not required – the experience is most important. Degree would be a plus.
POSITION:
The Continuous Improvement Manager is a member of the plant’s Management Team and works collaboratively with all departments to ensure the facility meets improvement objectives. Manages the CI plan for the site. Leads the plant in developing and implementing improvement and data tracking systems. Leads the team to identify opportunities for improvement and to eliminate losses. Trains and develops individuals to improve CI skills.
