Salary to $200K + COL adjustment + annual bonus and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Successful Production Operations leadership in Food processing is required
- Plant Management experience is preferred, especially if Production Management experience is in a very small plant
- Need a leader who will communicate effectively internally and externally, develop the team, and strive to make improvements at the plant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads a plant of fewer than 50 team members and manages employee safety, production, quality, customer service, regulatory compliance, and profitability. Builds relationships with customers, develops team members, and strives to make improvements in the plant.
